Membership Renewal

If your membership in FPIC has been expired for more than 3 months, you will need to complete a New Member Application. Go to the top menu bar and click on Membership and then New Member Application.  If you have been receiving membership renewal messages from FPIC and your membership has not been expired for more than 3 months, then click on the icon below to renew your membership. If you have misplaced your username, please send an email to [email protected] and it will be sent to you by email.
