Advocacy Alert - Florida Legislative Special Session
The Florida Legislature begins a special session today to consider legislation that will regulate how private employers and government entities manage COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
The FPIC Advocacy Committee is closely following the following bills under consideration:
HB 5B - Florida Occupational Safety and Health Sate Plan
SB 6B - Florida Occupational Safety and Health Sate Plan
HB 7B - Vaccinations During Public Health Emergencies
SB 8B - Vaccinations During Public Health Emergencies
The FPIC Advocacy Committee is also closely monitoring the following bills that have been proposed for the upcoming 2022 Legislative Session:
