Advocacy Alert - Florida Legislative Special Session Update

The Florida Legislature held a special session this week to consider legislation that will regulate how private employers and government entities manage COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
The following bills were passed and sent to the Governor for Signature:
CS/ HB 3B - Public Records COVID 19 Vaccinations Policies and Practices
HB 5B - Florida Occupational Safety and Health Sate Plan
HB 7B - Vaccinations During Public Health Emergencies
The Advocacy Committee will monitor the impact of these new laws and will provide details on the implementation of these new laws during our upcoming December 13, 2021 Webinar, (click here to register).
