Advocacy Alert - CMS Updates COVID-19 Vaccination Guidance for Health Care Providers

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services recently updated COVID-19 guidance pertaining to vaccination requirements for health care providers. The updated guidance for health care providers includes changes to CMS’ surveyor guidance, and possible associated enforcement action, for hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other health care providers.
